This and similar errors can usually be resolved with a “hard refresh” of your web browser.
Please follow the steps below:
- Have ifc.com open
- Find the Reload or Refresh button in your web browser (it's a circular arrow icon in or near the address bar)
- Perform the hard refresh:
- Windows: Hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and click the reload button
- Mac: Hold down the Shift button on your keyboard and click the reload button
That should reload the page and clear out any old information that might be causing token (sign-in) issues. You will just need to sign in again at that point, then everything should be working correctly.
