This and similar errors can usually be resolved with a “hard refresh” of your web browser.


Please follow the steps below:

  1. Have ifc.com open
  2. Find the Reload or Refresh button in your web browser (it's a circular arrow icon in or near the address bar)
  3. Perform the hard refresh:
    1. Windows: Hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and click the reload button
    2. Mac: Hold down the Shift button on your keyboard and click the reload button

That should reload the page and clear out any old information that might be causing token (sign-in) issues. You will just need to sign in again at that point, then everything should be working correctly.
